Reservation cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation of the reservation (for any reason) up to 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded.
- Upon cancellation (for whichever reason) up to 21 days prior to arrival, your advance payment is 50% refunded.
- Upon cancellation (for whichever reason) within 21 days prior to arrival, your advance payment is NOT refunded.
- If the renter does not meet the rental requirements (diploma, age, credit card) DK Rentals is not liable and may cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit.
- It is noted that DK Rentals is not liable for any cancellations / delays of aircrafts. In any such case, the tenant must inform the company in good time of the modification / change of his/ her booking.
